report to the Chief Brand Officer. - The role will focus on focus
on translating business objectives into content, communications and
brand designs that are consistently executed across multiple
channels. This position will inspire and develop a team of
creatives, known as Creative Partners, to produce solutions that
meet UnitedHealth Group's strategic goals. - The ideal candidate is
a strategist and storyteller with a tenured and successful
portfolio of building awareness and igniting consumer
action.Primary Responsibilities:
- Advance the creative vision for the UnitedHealth Group, Optum
and UnitedHealthcare brands
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to
create a shared vision and develop creative strategies
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand identity system to
ensure a consistent approach to content and taking action to
correct off-brand material
- Lead the team through ideation, design and execution of all
brand creative, including design concepts, marketing campaigns,
photo and video production and editorial content
- Produce compelling branded content and visual experiences
across a dynamic range of collateral, including, but not limited
to, advertising, emails, events, investor conferences, reports,
data visualization, videos, websites, social media and leadership
communications
- Elevate UnitedHealth Group, Optum and UnitedHealthcare creative
identities by putting the customer first and leveraging their
feedback and insights to create a holistic experience
- Implement systems and processes to efficiently scale
production, ensure consistent high-quality output and maximize
value added
- Use data driven insights to ensure efficiency of creative
material and to communicate the value of partnership with
stakeholders across the three portfolios
- Lead creative team to deliver excellent work within tight
timelines and budgets while coaching, mentoring and developing the
team to position employees for success and future growthYou'll be

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Communications,
Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations, or equivalent
experience
- 15+ years of strategic marketing experience with large
multi-company organizations
- Broad experience with key audience segments - opinion leaders,
consumers, B-to-B and B-to-C
- Proven ability to be highly skilled at working
cross-functionally and cross-culturally with people at all levels,
including influencing C-Suite and other senior leaders
- Extensive experience operationalizing brands, inclusive of
always-on content
- Fluent in the creative development process and in managing
creative teams
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize critical assignments and to
oversee workflow
- History of effectively driving results in a dynamic, matrixed
environment with high degree of organizational change and comfort
with ambiguity
- Proven solid executive presence, including a history of
presenting to senior executivesTo protect the health and safety of

Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $174,600 to
$332,200. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is
$174,600 to $332,200. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such
