Development Manager is responsible for three key areas of the
development of business opportunities for InCommunity established
through the strategic plan and senior leadership.
The Business Development Manager works in conjunction with program
services leadership to identify capacity and opportunities to
increase services and revenues to their departments.
Other duties may be assigned by CEO and organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must

Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year
college or university; or one to two years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as
discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic
algebra and geometry.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with
a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
form.
Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual
should have knowledge of E-Tapestry Development software; Excel
Spreadsheet software and Word Word Processing software.
