With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.OverviewThe merchant loyalty team is looking for a Director of Merchant Loyalty Partnerships to drive our partner strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about building partnerships and creating symbiotic solutions, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.RolePartner with our product go-to-market team to identify partner opportunities to create a wholistic loyalty solution for Mastercard customers.Build deep relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, product and solutions.Serve as a point of contact for our strategic partners covering the overall relationship, revenue opportunities, enablement and go to market approach.Serve as an internal point of contact to support sales in deals that have a partnership component, including positioning, commercial arrangement and enablement.Build event/activity reports and dashboards tracking partner engagement and performance against goals.Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams, as well as external partner teams to build and maintain partner enablement materials.Identify new strategic partners and assist in procurement process to seek supplier or referral status. Assist in establishing a viable commercial relationship where applicable.Connect internal and external teams resulting in pipeline generation and revenue.Support the VP in growing the team in terms of identifying resources, processes and strategic areas of focus.All About You:You have experience working in a partner ecosystem - (both selling with and selling through).You get lots of different types of partners and how go-to-market motions with them vary.You have a deep understanding of martech ecosystems.Self-motivated and driven.Looking for an opportunity where you can have an impact to grow a department within Mastercard.Can engage with a variety of audiences - from internal stakeholders, partners and end-clients / merchants.Can apply logic to help prioritize where the team can make the most impact and filter out distractions.The ideal candidate for this position should:Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.Always look for potential solutions to solve problems.Be a team player.Create simple, yet effective strategies.Corporate Security ResponsibilityEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
