Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Primarily responsible for working collaboratively with homebuilding
operations, finance, legal, investor relations and human resources
to help mature our approach to environmental, social and corporate
governance work. Serves as a key point of coordination around all
of PulteGroup's ESG activities and initiatives. Project manages
cross-functional efforts around sustainability, completes external
environmental and ESG reporting and disclosure, and submits survey
and index submissions that impact ESG ratings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
*In partnership with key stakeholders, build out/further develop
existing environmental sustainability strategy, implement adoption
and communicate with senior management, employees and external
stakeholders.
*Work with matrix partners and homebuilding operations to identify
existing programs and initiatives that fall under the umbrella of
ESG.
*Measure and monitor progress against ESG strategies, goals and
performance targets, developing evaluation systems as required.
*Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the
collection and reporting of data related to Pulte's environmental,
social and governance initiatives; manage workstreams related to
the formulation of new data sets; assist Corporate Communications
and other functions in external and internal communications related
to same
*Maintain awareness of the external sustainability environment,
researching and monitoring emerging trends, programs and issues,
reporting standards, stakeholder concerns, and communicating and
educating others.
*In collaboration with Investor Relations/Corporate Communications,
create and implement communication strategies to publicize the
company's ESG efforts and promote broad awareness of sustainability
initiatives, both internally and externally as required.
*Develop internal training programs to support ESG efforts, as
needed.
*Influence and provide information on a wide range of complex
environmental and sustainability issues.

*Provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and

REQUIRED EDUCATION
*Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
*Sustainability certification or degree in a related field a
plus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate environmental
sustainability, social responsibility or other ESG role
preferred
*Minimum 7-10 years of work experience
*Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards, ESG organizations
and ESG reporting
*Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and disclosure
expected by investors
*Strong relationship building skills with proven performance in a
matrix environment
*Strong project management skills
*Strong technological skills and ability to create visual
presentations to convey ESG standards
*Strong communicator, both written and verbal, effective at
presenting to all levels of the organization; able to prepare
internal and external communications on sustainability efforts
*Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
*Excellent listening, collaborating and problem-solving skills
