the first Customer Success Managers on the team of an extremely
well-funded SaaS product company experiencing explosive growth!Have
you been a Customer Success Manager or customer-facing Account
Manager for a SaaS software company for at least 1+ years? Do you
like working on multiple tasks simultaneously and do you thrive in
a fast-paced start-up environment? The Customer Success manager
will partner with customers to drive adoption, optimize the user
experience, and become a trusted expert to help the customers with
product functionality and future capabilities.Excellent
compensation plan with a strong base salary and large bonus upside,
as well as the opportunity to work remotely (must be based in
Atlanta and available for occasional team events).
