- Manage team of Enterprise Account Executives to present and
sell our industry leading Fleet Management GPS SaaS platform to
potential new clients in accounts greater than 500 units. -
- Champion, role model, and embed ICARE values.
- Manage the process of accepting new leads for business
opportunities by managing the process, volume and effectives of
contacting and developing relationships with potential customers
through the demo and negotiating process. -
- Manage the gathering of information on each contact and
continue to document the lead in salesforce.com understanding that
each contact is an opportunity to move the potential client through
the sales funnel. -
- Facilitation of Sales Management and Coordination with the
other Sales Directors within and outside your area of
responsibility. -
- Management of team's daily activity metrics that drive the
business. -
- Work with Vice President of Sales to provide regular reporting
of pipeline and forecast and annually provide input for the
building of the business plan for the fiscal year. - -The Ideal
Candidate: -
- Bachelor's degree in General Business or related field.
- 10+ years experience of proven successful experience in
enterprise software sales. -
- 3+ years of successful sales leadership experience, planning,
forecasting, and managing a sales department in a complex sales
environment. -
- Proven ability to train, coach and mentor sales executives.

- Established track record of development of new logos. -
- Management experience in SaaS or IoT space. -
- Develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in
a team environment. -
- Highly energetic, self-starter, strong attention to detail, and
highly organized. -
- Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to
penetrate and retain accounts, build relationships, and quickly
spot and communicate potential risks and issues. -
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written
communication skills. -
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed while also working as
a member of a close-knit team. -
- Knowledge of NexTraq and the telematics industry is a plus. -As
