Director of Enterprise Sales - What You'll Do: (hybrid in the ATL metro area)

OfficeSpace is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales located in the Atlanta metro area who is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to lead our sales efforts. The Enterprise Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales and will play an essential role in leading and directing a sales team to meet and exceed revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives. The role involves leading and coaching a team of individual contributors, strategic planning, hands-on selling with your team as needed, and leveraging technology and efficient processes to execute and continue our exponential growth. Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage an enterprise sales team, located throughout the US and Canada, who are responsible for hunting and closing our largest deals.
Establish activity KPIs and revenue targets for all members of the team and lay out a metric and review cadence for all KPIs.
Develop a strategic sales plan, present your plan to the Executive Leadership team, and then execute your plan in order to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Own the continuous employee development roadmap for all members of the enterprise sales department.
Identify key areas for sales optimization in the sales process and establish and implement best practices and processes.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients and prospects in order to increase warm-lead gathering and introductions to future partners.
Motivate your enterprise sales team to achieve new logo sales targets and set new company sales records.

The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:

Proven hands-on sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, establishing strong sales processes, evangelizing best practices, and using data to make team decisions.
Technical SaaS sales experience required, including an exceptional understanding of the SaaS industry and selling SaaS-based solutions.
Expertise in selling strategies, strategic planning and execution, employee motivation techniques, and building/leading a KPI-driven and measured team.
Hands-on selling prowess and desire to drive results, work under pressure, and ensure your team delivers on tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, urgency for response, and the ability to give clear and impactful feedback to tenured sales personnel.
Goal-oriented, persistent, success-driven, and entrepreneurial.
Highly collaborative and team-oriented approach and comfortable leading cross-functional projects with other leaders in the organization.
