Lead Product Manager- MarTech / AdTech / Revenue Products (3-4 days WFH & Unlimited PTO) Exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to work with an industry leading company in Atlanta, GA! This is a direct hire position in the Perimeter area that offers 3-4 days WFH, excellent benefits package with 401K (with match), Unlimited PTO, a great culture, and the opportunity to collaborate and grow with a team of true technologists. As the Lead Product Manager you will join a team focused on revenue producing products and enhancing the shopping to buying experience for both buyers and sellers while evolving a core line of business for two major enterprise brands. This is a critical and high visibility role where you will identify opportunities through competitive market analysis to bring value to consumers and clients through discovery activities, crafting a vision and roadmap that aligns to strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. You will help socialize the vision, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure development work is completed in an effective manner. In order to be successful, you must have proven experience within eCommerce/marketplace websites driving revenue producing products with solid experience and knowledge of MarTech and AdTech stacks. Responsibilities: Planning - Manage feature and story creation, identify business rules and business impact; involve Product Owners and scrum masters to ensure involved delivery teams are aligned to feature acceptance criteria and the why; collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across products. Innovation - Manage the innovation pipeline, develop, adapt, and use innovation tools and processes. (HCD, Design sprints, etc) Partner closely with UX, market research, sales, and business stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of consumers, clients, and the competitive landscape. This means identifying problems and jobs to be done across segments and personas. Then creating products to support the completion of those jobs and solve problems for consumers and clients. Product Management - Assess product performance against KPIs and make corrections to improve performance; create and deliver thoughtful information to influence key market constituents; make end-of-life recommendations for non-performant products. Prioritize product requirements and work with product owners as well as product to prioritize the backlog. Relationship Management - Translates stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables. Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies. Acts as SME for product lines and supports various stakeholder requests throughout product lifecycle. Required Skills: 7+ years Product Owner / Product Management experience 3+ years full product lifecycle experience managing revenue focused products within eCommerce or Marketplace websites 2+ years experience and solid knowledge/understanding of MarTech & AdTech stacks Experience with Google MarTech stack: DB360 (Google Display), DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers), Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, etc. Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of SAFe & Discovery methodologies Experience conducting competitive research and analysis. Working experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value.
