The Position We are looking for a Senior Director of Agency Partnerships to report into the Vice President of Strategic Accounts. You will be responsible for driving accelerated growth through the CallRail partner ecosystem; including the over 8,000 digital agencies we serve today. You will achieve this by developing and leading a talented sales team and rolling up your sleeves to bring deals to the finish line. Your organization will consist of a team of Partner Account Executives and a team of Partner Account Managers, who will respectively recruit and then grow revenue within new partners. Each team will have a manager that will report directly to you. Success is measured through increased partners, partner engagement and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity, pipeline, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
  • Lead the partner sales teams to acquire, onboard, grow and retain partners.
  • Participate in the day-to-day sales of key strategic accounts to nurture and provide a senior level presence
  • Partner with leadership across direct sales, marketing, rev ops, product and channel to collaborate, optimize and align channel sales with the greater organization and to both advocate for and influence the greater organization on the channel opportunity. Develop and execute a best-in-class, solution oriented channel sales methodology within your team and develop strategies to coach and develop your team.
  • Achieve and exceed channel sales quota
  • Lead a team selling environment by providing employee development and guidance to all team members with a focus on driving sales by selling through, not to partners.
  • Manage a team of Partner Account Managers to develop key partner relationships through onsite meetings, goal setting, planning, and partnership development activities.
  • Manage a team of Partner Account Executives to build a strong opportunity pipeline of marketing services and SaaS resellers that leads to new partnerships and revenue growth for CallRail.
  • Assist the team in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Develop direct relationships with our largest partner accounts, including leading quarterly business reviews and customer-facing engagements such as onsite meetings and partnership development activities.
  • Help set and drive product strategy and new business opportunities with key partners.
  • Identify and scale best practices across new and existing partners.
  • Work on partner certification, product education/training, and partner sales enablement.
  • Work with RevOps to define the operational plan for the sales channel inclusive of systems, processes and people.
  • Provide well-defined, concise updates to leadership regarding the channels key initiatives, performance and overall strategy.
  • Provide a regular presence as needed in the corporate office (Atlanta) and travel as required to engage directly with strategic partners.

    What Youll Need
    • 5+ years of agency, partner, channel or vendor type sales leadership with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
    • Enterprise software sales experience, with a strong preference for marketing technology sales
    • Experience selling to VP/C level leaders, particularly to marketing and/or technology leadership
    • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability and willingness to travel at least 25%
    • Expertise in solution-selling, account planning, and forecasting/pipeline management
    • Proficiency using and Google Suite
    • Can work as part of a team and/or independently
    • Knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment
    • BA/BS strongly preferred
