We are seeking a Manager, Fly Delta and Digital Programs who will be responsible for leading a team that defines and delivers the roadmap for the Fly Delta app as well as coordinating programs where the Fly Delta app is used as part of the physical travel journey. Working closely with cross departmental teams from Deltas Commercial, Customer Experience, IT and Operational teams as well as our AIR4 partner, this leader will be responsible for strategies, initiatives, product roadmap and use cases for Fly Delta that increase revenue, NPS, engagement and lifetime value.
This leader will be responsible for articulating the long-term story for the app as well as analyzing and communicating app performance that delivery on Deltas enterprise KPIs. Candidate must be well grounded in identifying research needs as well as leveraging insights, data analytics and qualitative research to define best in class digital solutions. The successful candidate will be one who both directly manages the team as well as manages and influence across the Delta organizational matrix. The ability to translate the long-term ambitions and goals for a wide range of Delta teams into tangible features and programs for Fly Delta is critical skills for the role. Responsibilities:
Lead team responsible for development of Fly Delta features from conception to launch with a continuous improvement mindset.
Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders to collect learnings, identify new opportunities and define roadmaps as well as influence future direction of codependent initiatives.
Lead program resource to ensure end to end experience where Fly Delta is part of a physical experience is seamless and intuitive (ex. preflight, airport and inflight experiences).
Analyze product performance, customer feedback and market opportunities to develop the story for Fly Deltas strategic vision.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Experience analyzing data, condensing it into insights and summarizing into executive presentations.
Lead teams of IT developers, UX designers, and cross-functional business teams to successfully deliver initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully working in a cross-departmental team environment and delivering results on time.
Understanding of how new technologies are developed and deployed required. Positive, humble, curious, and can-do attitude that inspires others.
Strong proven leadership, written and oral communication skills.
3-5 years of work experience in the airline industry, product management, consulting, orrevenue management.
Knowledge of Delta Air Lines, the airline industry, travel landscape and consumer behavior required.
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Strong understanding of mobile operating systems and new enhancements preferred.
Experience with VersionOne, Adobe Analytics (Omniture/Site Catalyst) and Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
