The Delivery Excellence (DelEx)team is responsible for delivering and providing guidance on Acoustic packaged services while still providing the structure needed with management of any complex project. You will be part of a team that serves as trusted consultants to inspire product confidence, end user adoption and increased product utilization for mid-sized customers across North America. As a member of the Acoustic Professional Services Team, Associate Project Managers report to the Director of Delivery Excellence and are responsible for a wide range of clients, but typically focus on unique initiatives pertaining to marketing technology implementation and adoption. Associate Project Managers advise clients on successful advanced strategic product adoption and utilization while also overseeing the logistics needed for successful project completion. The DelEx team member collaborates with Account Executives, other Professional Services teams, Support, Customer Success, Product Management, Product Engineering and most importantly customers who work in Marketing and/or IT departments. This position requires energetic hands-on experience and leadership from a candidate who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both product knowledge transfer and product problem resolution. You'll be given opportunities to grow technically and in interpersonal interaction. You'll see variety across customers and help them realize value in their varied business initiatives. What You'll Do * Earn Business and Technical certification of the Acoustic Platform within 30 days of start and become proficient in the Acoustic platform within the first 6 months. * Provide consultative advice and hands-on assistance to design, configure, and integrate Acoustic Platform based on best practices. * Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Professional Services, Channel Partners, Support and Product Management to develop and refine the service strategy to grow Acoustic's presence and opportunity. * Communicate with client sponsor(s) and client stakeholders to confirm solution delivery success criteria and expected results/outcomes. * Define and manage the services delivery project plan, including assessment of plan completeness, effort estimates, dependencies, contingency, and satisfaction of all contractual obligations. * Possess project management hands-on skills including resource planning, dependency/issue/risk management, tracking and reporting. * Manage changes to Acoustic Service's delivery scope, cost, schedule, or results to avoid cost overruns/under delivery while meeting client expectations. * Maintain accurate services delivery forecast, financial position, completed milestones, results, and customer satisfaction issues. * Identify and collaborate with Account Managers to up-sell services where alternative or custom solutions may be appropriate. * Drive continuous improvements to all applicable Services practice process and procedures. * Listen and communicate with customers and senior management in a professional and articulate manner, diffusing critical customer issues and building client confidence. * Quickly prioritize managing multiple projects simultaneously working with either Acoustic and/or partners. * Be able to talk with customer marketing resources to drive out business solutions. * Develop skill as a subject matter expert with a keen ability to analyse performance, recognize trends, and identify key areas for improvement. * Demonstrate strong business acumen with the ability to quickly assess key issues and identify the right resolution. * Demonstrate proficient knowledge of applicable Industry verticals (trends, regulations, etc.) and digital marketing trends. * Demonstrate comfort learning new systems, processes, and products quickly. * Maintain detailed understanding of the Acoustic product family and services methodologies to apply within customer engagements. The Essentials * 2+ years' experience in MarTech. * 2+ years' experience in a client-facing capacity in Professional Services function. * Experience with software implementation or consultative roles (or equivalent experience). * Ability to gather business requirements and assimilate that information into Project Specifications or Statements of Work that further drive business strategy and needs. * Strong communication (written & verbal), organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, and follow through skills. * Proven track record in risk management, escalation, and scoping procedures. * Strong leadership within team and cross function. Lead team discussions and champions internal improvement initiatives. * BS/BA degree. Nice to Have * 2 years' experience with email, SMS, push channels. * Experience leveraging web analytics in tandem with channel experience. * Experience and proficiency in email systems, ISP's, data manipulation, databases, and other web technologies (HTML, CSS, Web Forms, JavaScript, FTP, XML, APIs, Web Services). * Data management and/or Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience. * SDK and push notification knowledge. * Tibco Scribe integration experience. * Experience in the Software-as-a-Service industry. * Interactive marketing, sales, or customer support background.
