WHAT YOU'LL DOOur Manager, Paid Search is responsible for creating and implementing data-informed paid search, video and display strategies across all business units, both B2B and B2C, to drive awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty.This individual will fully own large-scale, multi-location campaigns setup across Google, Bing and emerging platforms. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience operating an in-house paid search program. Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with initiative owners (e.g. enrollment, recruitment, real estate) on campaign planning, including translating business objectives into executable paid search plans, and make ongoing optimization recommendations. - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs, results of testing and tangible ROI to the business. - Work with creative and content teams to ensure paid search strategy aligns with core audiences and messaging pillars, and that copy and creative are well positioned. - Collaborate and lead agencies responsible for building and implementing media plans (when applicable). Manage investment allocations and pacing to achieve results. - Manage, train and develop specialist(s) as team scales to be more agile and faster to market, achieving the pinnacle of quality and ROI. - Identify integration opportunities and deeply understand how paid search interacts with organic, earned and other paid mediums (social, CTV, audio etc.). - Perform keyword and website research, working closely with the web and content teams on testing plans, and the development and optimization of content. - Partner with in-house business analytics team to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and investments using a variety of internal data points. - Work with search platform reps to stay on top of the latest ad products, targeting and measuring functionality, positioning Primrose Schools as best-in-class. - Function as subject matter expert and consultant for Schools and Franchise Owners that want to learn more about paid search performance and opportunities. - Reconcile paid search expenses on a monthly cadence, ensuring credit card and invoices are paid on time, and actuals align with budget. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
    • 5-7 years of experience directly managing paid search campaigns on the client-side (multi-location preferred) or at a performance marketing agency
      • Google Ads or Analytics, or Facebook certification would be a plus
        • Extensive knowledge of Google Search Ads 360, Google Analytics and Microsoft Ads - Experience with Stackadapt and/or managing and executing paid social a plus - Experience in multi-location and/or a franchise model is beneficial, yet not required - Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbally - Ability to build and foster trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners. - Comfortable with data/analytics; makes decisions based on data - Proven ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, demonstrate a bias for action and exceptional multitasking skills
          • Demonstrates a service mindset with strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
            • Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills to define, align and foster a shared vision
