Curant Health is searching for the right person to serve as the National Business Development Manager, Health Plans to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate would be based in GA, FL, TN or SC. ResponsibilitiesThis position is a field sales management level position which is primarily responsible for continuous growth and expansion across the identified market: Payer organizations inclusive of National Health Plans, Regional Health Plans and Large Plan Sponsors as well as continuous contribution to the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT). Growth and expansion of the identified market segments will require channel ownership. Channel ownership includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Understanding, overseeing, and educating others on the path that each channel takes from the point of sale (contracting) to the point of service (product shipped to patient).
  • Executing strategic and tactical objectives that position Curant Health as a key partner.
  • Represent Curant Health internally and externally as the lead for the identified market segments by actively selling medication management and care management programs.
  • Strategic and tactical goals for each identified market segment. Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field required and/or 10 - 15 years combined related sales experience
    • Minimum of 5 years business development experience
    • Experience within desired market (Health Plans) required
    • Proven track record of sales and business development
    • Experience with training, managing or leading others preferred
