Excellence In Everything We Touch Position Summary The marketing & communications team is responsible for telling the Crawford story across all media. As we go to market, we must help audiences connect the dots between each of our brands to build brand equity and consistency in how all of our divisions tell our brand story. This story must be equally reinforced internally so that we have consistency in messaging. Reporting to the global presidents of Loss Adjusting with matrix reporting to global marketing and communications, the director of marketing for global Loss Adjusting is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing programs based on proven marketing practices. This role requires an experienced marketer and leader with solid brand management as well as executional experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, channel marketing, public relations, thought leadership, social media and all aspects of marketing that increase sell-through. The director of marketing is responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies that increase awareness of and demand for Crawfords services and demonstrating return marketing investment. This position can be located in Atlanta, Toronto or London Responsibilities --- Oversee planning, creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing programs that will enhance Crawford's sales, image and position within the marketplace.--- Work with divisional leaders to develop compelling sales materials across multiple media such as PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, white papers and other collateral, and website copy that focuses on outcomes and client benefits.--- Plan and coordinate organizational activities, establishing priorities and timelines to meet designated goals and objectives.--- Works with senior staff and department staff to develop and maintain a strategic perspective and ensure timely execution of all strategies, programs, and tactics.--- Acts as an internal voice to generate new ideas and groundbreaking platforms to keep Crawford on the forefront of innovation.--- Maintains a climate that attracts, retains and motivates personnel in each market, and recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, and guide qualified personnel to further Crawfords image and goals.--- Develops and oversees effective email marketing campaigns that target prospective and current clients with content relevant to each stakeholder--- Develops, coordinates and oversees programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist country level teams in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.--- Lead local marketing teams and facilitate internal and external communications between key stakeholders to ensure timely execution of new products, relevant marketplace POS and artwork, partner agreements, and other essential materials.--- Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing plans.--- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct. Requirements --- 10+ years of marketing leadership in a high-growth, innovative environment--- Five years management responsibility--- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or Communications field--- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Has strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships.--- Proven ability to work on multiple projects & prioritize effectively.--- Experience writing in AP style and upholding corporate brand and writing standards guidelines.--- Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, and creativity and proven track record for innovation.--- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and gain buy in from stakeholders to deliver results--- Excellent organization, communication, program, and process management skills. Hands-on leadership and detail/process orientation. Ability to problem solve, identify root causes of obstacles and address fundamental--- Experience attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing teams and individuals.
