We call ourselves interpreters of data because that's just what we do -- use data to inform and fuel strategies across PR, marketing, and digital.-- About the Role As part of our team, you'll play a critical role in managing projects, guiding clients and leading digital strategy and coordinating projects. The Associate Director of Digital Strategy is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of digital strategy initiatives and owns specific, high-priority and high-visibility projects. They are expected to identify opportunities to improve the strategy discipline by bringing new ideas, approaches and frameworks. They actively mentor and guide more junior strategy team members with hands-on support and guidance. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help lead brand and product campaign strategy development for clients.
• Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy
• Develop effective, creative brand and campaign strategies rooted in powerful insights.
• Write and contribute to creative briefing materials, define key digital channel roles, objectives and KPIs.
• Guide and mentor more junior team members.
• Help run new business pitches, including development of pitch presentations.
• Be the strategic lead on assigned projects, ensuring that strategy is taken into account throughout creative ideation, development and production.
• Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends
• SEO Management
• In-depth keyword research
• Studying traffic and analytics
• Split-testing similar pages
• Building natural backlinks
• Analyzing the client's competitors
• Maximizing local search exposure
• Developing strong calls to action
• Working with writers and designers
• Creating effective ranking strategies
• Researching the latest SEO practices
• Email Management
• Managing email databases and creating newsletters
• Identify and offer attractive email marketing solutions that will minimize unsubscribes and spam reports
• Project manage, handle A/B testing
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Analyze and report on digital campaigns
• Analyze customer and user data Requirements Requirements
  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of Digital Strategy, or related experience
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
  • A great presenter, capable of inspiring creative team members and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools
  • Thorough understanding of digital touch points
  • Possess broad knowledge of the best digital practices Additional Desired Skills
