If you have a bank account or a credit card, chances are good that you've seen our platform in action. By running the cash-back rewards programs for Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and other financial institutions we place targeted, relevant, measurable ads in front of more than 150 million US consumers - more MAUs than Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat. We see one in every two card swipes across the US, covering $3.3T in purchases. This puts us in a unique position, to help marketers predict consumer shopping behavior based on actual purchase data. We then use that data to reach bank consumers with offers they love and that drive measurable, incremental purchases for our advertisers. About The Role We are looking for a demand generation marketer who is comfortable measuring their success by their impact to pipeline and marketing-attributable revenue growth. You'll help with defining, executing and optimizing full-funnel marketing programs to acquire new leads from our targeted account list. You'll impact performance across multiple potential channels including paid search, display, content syndication, retargeting, our ABM platform and events. So you'll need to be comfortable with helping create (and eventually owning) the business case for marketing spend, managing campaigns budget and reporting on your impact. You will

  • Support the execution of integrated account-based marketing plans alongside sales that deliver pipeline from new and existing accounts
  • Build and scale multichannel campaigns to drive awareness among contacts that fit our ICP, acquire and engage those contacts, then support sales in closing and expanding those relationships
  • Be accountable to marketing-specific leading KPIs like ICP contact acquisition, target account acquisition and MQL-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • Contribute to the development of integrated account-based marketing plans by providing feedback about what is and isn't working and key opportunities you have identified
  • As needed, manage agency/vendor interactions for with an eagle eye for keeping those engagements on track and within budget
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their buying journey. You are:
    • A collaborator who can partner across external and internal organizational lines to drive revenue and expand adoption of Cardlytics' solutions with new clients
    • Willing to be accountable for quarterly and annual marketing attributable revenue goals
    • Able to draw conclusions from marketing performance data and make recommendations to improve
    • Someone with a growth mindset and always seeking feedback to continuously learn and improve
    • Excited about joining a unified Revenue Team comprising Sales, Marketing and Enablement You have experience in
      • 2-5 years of demand generation experience
      • Provable campaign development and management experience that includes developing a campaign, delivering according to plan and optimizing based on the results
      • Some experience with Revenue Marketing Methodology and quantifying your performance in terms of pipeline, revenue and impact to Sales' key performance indicators
      • Familiarity with at least one marketing automation platform (we're Pardot for now) to support the implementation and maintenance of persona-defined nurture tracks
