Interventional Pain Physician needed in Atlanta, Georgia. Immediate Locum to Perm Opportunity - Candidates who can start next week or as soon as possible will strongly be considered. This is a 10 year well established group that has 5 locations throughout Atlanta. They are seeking a candidate who can start working on a locums basis as soon as possible and would strongly consider joining full-time. The candidate MUST be experienced with procedures.The position is located in their office that is 30 miles south of Atlanta. Hours: Monday Friday from 8a-5pCensus: 25-40 patents per day with mid-level assistanceEMR: IMSThis group offers outpatient evaluation and a multidisciplinary approach to pain. The practice consists of 5 full-time physicians, three physician assistants, and one nurse practitioner, Workers' Compensation Professionals, and an excellent support staff of Nurses and Medical Assistants. Everyone on staff genuinely cares about all of our patients. We work diligently to assure each patient receives the absolute best care available. Most procedures are performed in our office under fluoroscopy. To help serve our patients in the fullest capacity, our physicians are also on staff at a large Medical Center. Our approach is focused on treating the whole patient. Therefore, when it is in the patient's best interest, we utilize the services of other healthcare specialists. It is not unusual for us to obtain second opinions and/or consultations from other specialists including Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Neurologists, Physiatrists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, Rheumatologists, Oncologists, Dermatologists and Radiologists before prescribing a plan of treatment.
