better tomorrow with you. Summary of Key Duties As a Skunk Works®
Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead the planning team
for a Skunk Works® program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze
program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling
planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across
multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement,
contracts, business management, production, and quality control.
Success in this role depends on strong communication,
collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools. Primary
Tools Used: 1. Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool 2. Milestones
Professional 3. Microsoft Excel Secondary Tools Used (Not limited
to): 1. Microsoft Project 2. SAP Must be a US Citizen. Must have an
Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting; must have the
ability to obtain and maintain Final Secret Security clearance.
This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other
facilities A level 3 employee Typically has 4-6 or more years of

Qualifications The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a
candidate must possess to be considered for this position: -
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - Demonstrated
critical thinking and problem solving abilities - Experienced at
developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity
checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis -
Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external
customers - Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM)
including Cost / Schedule Integration - Demonstrated team building
skills - Demonstrated influencing and relationship management
skills -Bachelors degree - U.S. Citizen - Must possess at minimum
an Interim Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and
maintain Final Secret clearance - 3 years of professional
experience in operational planning or scheduling - Experience
analyzing planning metrics and trends and implement actionable
improvement plans Desired skills The following Desired Skills are
not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart
from the other candidates - Degree in Construction Management,
Program Management, Business Administration - Experience with
networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path
methodology. - Experience with Schedule Performance Management
Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management - Demonstrated critical
thinking and problem-solving abilities - Previous experience with
Deltek OpenPlan - Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Active Secret Security Clearance - Experience as a planning team
lead and/or contract planner - Supplier integration experience,
performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills -
Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including
identification, integration, and mitigation - Deep knowledge of

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
