Join our skilled maintenance team at our Rome, GA plant , where you’ll play a key role in keeping our production operations running safely and efficiently. This is an on-site night shift position, working 5pm-5am, Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday. The starting pay for this position is $29.05 and increases to $30.51 after the first 60 days. You’ll be part of a supportive, high?energy team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and craftsmanship. In this role, you’ll gain experience with a wide variety of industrial machinery and have opportunities to expand your technical skills while contributing to meaningful projects across the plant. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Preventative Maintenance & Repair – Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including industrial ovens. Equipment Setup & Changeovers – Prepare equipment for production runs, complete changeovers, and respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime. Safety & Compliance Practices – Follow all established safety, health, quality, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. We’re Looking for Someone With High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Demonstrated understanding of behavior-based safety systems Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and complete repetitive physical tasks throughout the day, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds What’s Next Applications for this position will be accepted through April 19th, 2026.
