Job Description:
Koch Foods, a leader in the U.S. poultry sector, is seeking a
skilled Feed Mill Maintenance Tech to ensure the optimal
functioning of our feed mill operations. This position requires
someone capable of maintaining and repairing a wide range of
milling machinery and equipment, with a focus on quality and
efficiency. Our commitment to delivering high-quality poultry
products begins with top-notch operational practices, facilitated
by proactive maintenance and innovative solutions provided by our
technical team. Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on
all mill machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and
mechanical issues within the mill. Ensure compliance with safety
regulations and maintain clean and safe working areas. Implement
preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance
machinery longevity. Collaborate with operational teams to optimize
machinery functions and outputs. Record maintenance tasks and
repairs in maintenance management software. Proficient in
mechanical and electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team. Knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety
regulations. Experience with machinery lubrication and welding.
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or equivalent
preferred. OSHA Safety Certification is highly desirable.
