Job Description Job Description CNC MACHINIST Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist for a company based in Ball Ground, GA. This is a great chance to grow your career with a company that values long-term employees. Pay Rate $25.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities • Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision metal or plastic components. • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure part accuracy. • Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets as required. • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain quality standards. • Troubleshoot minor machine or tooling issues to maintain production flow. • Maintain a clean and safe work area following company and OSHA safety standards. CNC Machinist Qualifications and Requirements • 5–10 years of CNC operating experience in metal or plastic machining required. • Strong understanding of CNC programming principles and G/M codes preferred. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Reliable and able to work the full 2nd shift schedule. • Drug screening and background check required.
