WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS: Work Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime availability and on-call hours. Your days are dynamic, involving you in a variety of tasks that keep residential and light commercial HVAC systems running smoothly. You regularly service diverse systems, diagnose issues, perform expert repairs, and conduct thorough maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Beyond service, you also handle retrofit and replacement projects, providing customers with efficient, modern solutions. Throughout it all, you engage with clients, identify their needs, and effectively sell the best products and services to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
