What You'll Be Doing Operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customer sites. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness. Interact professionally with customers and team members to ensure quality service. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures. What Are We Looking For Proven ability to operate commercial vehicles with a focus on safety and precision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing job site conditions. Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
