The Workflows team is responsible for our web apps from DX to UX and everything in between.At the core of every successful product is great design, and you'll collaborate closely with our Product & Design teams to bring features from concept to production. As a key contributor, you'll lead initiatives, write clean and scalable code, and help shape technical best practices. We deploy frequently, iterate quickly, and focus on delivering user value while maintaining technical excellence.If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about building intuitive, high-impact products, we'd love to hear from you!In this role, you will:

• Have ownership over core features in collaboration with Product and Design.
• Work with backend of the frontend and/or frontend challenges as the need arises.
• Make simplicity out of complexity (and don't mind refactoring to clean things up).
• Collaborate on multiple web apps and backend services, prioritizing security, scalability & performance.
• Explore creative solutions to solve client's needs.
• Foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX.You have:
  • 7+ years experience with Typescript, building web apps.
  • 5+ years of experience with Vue.js.
  • Experience with building & deploying Web Apps.
  • A knack for getting the visuals right.
  • Testing strategies using Typescript (Vitest, Jest, Playwright or similar testing frameworks).
  • A strong, loosely held opinion about what a modern data stack looks like and what belongs or doesn't belong in it.Nice to Haves:
    • Nest.js, Nuxt, Prisma, Cloudflare Workers, Tailwind.
    • Continuous Integration, Monorepos, AWS, Cloudflare Workers, a plus.
    • Health Tech (payer side), a plus.Our Tech Stack:
      • Node.js/NestJS REST API, with Prisma ORM & Postgres, Kafka (MSK), hosted on AWS with k8s.
      • Nuxt/Vue.js PWAs, hosted on Cloudflare with Cloudflare Workers/Pages.
      • Testing with Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and Cypress.
      • Auth0, JWT for authentication/authorization.
      • Gitlab, Slack, Notion, Figma, Datadog, AWS Athena, Jira.
      • Design system with Vue/Tailwind (Unocss) component library.Rialtic Values
