The Central Plant Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for shift coverage on the overnight shift. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the following:
--- Using our service request system (HotSOS), ensure request are completed in a timely manner
--- Follow up on the status of work performed by outside vendors
--- Provide reports/updates on a daily basis regarding status of work
--- Perform rounds, & inspections of all mechanical equipment & mechanical spaces on a daily basis, and complete all logs
--- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, & respond to guest calls when needed
--- Diagnose and make repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing (including water lines and water heaters), carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, doors, windows and appliances.
--- Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs.
--- Provide excellent customer service and communication to residents and team members.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
A minimum of 5-years building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
Strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
EPA Universal Certification Required
Ability to read blue prints and schematics is also required
A strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life-safety systems, is required for this position.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to send texts and emails using a smart phone application
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
