Complete Department: Arrow Exterminators - Region 15 - 1009 - Alpharetta HSC Location: Kennesaw, GA, USASalary: 40000-50000 per year Full TimeGutter Installation Service ProfessionalPosition Summary: Provide uncompromised service to Arrow's Home Service customers through proper installation and repair to gutters. This position will work both independently and as part of a team. Essential Functions:Comply with company, manual, and label safety proceduresComply with all state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelinesKeep scheduled appointments with customersRead and understand scope of work from service ticketFollow all written and verbal directions including diagramsObtain required materials listed from the scope of workExplain to customer the service procedures and answer questionsPrepare job site for safety, cleanliness, and damage preventionRemove and disassemble existing gutters, downspouts, and toppersFabricate gutters using gutter machine to required specification and configurationInstall new gutters, downspouts, and toppers Perform general light carpentry repairing soffit and fasciaComplete accurate and legible service tickets in compliance with company standardsPerform thorough cleanup restoring site to original or improved conditionsMake recommendations to customers about additional repairs or services Provide marketing collateral to customerCollect service payments from customersRespond to service call backs as required by the customerReport issues to manager as per company policyWork weekends as needed to service customer's needsOperate company vehicle in compliance with Vehicle Responsibility AgreementWash and clean vehicle and ensure proper maintenance and repairsMaintain timesheets within company policyAttend and complete training and meetings as required Maintain equipment and tools in good working orderPerform other duties as required by managementKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Customer Service ' Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes active listening, assessing customer needs, and meeting quality standards for services.Mechanical & Safety' Knowledge of relevant machines and tools, regulation, operation procedures, and documentation to ensure effective, compliant, and safe operation and services. English Language ' Ability to write, speak, and communicate in English and ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and measures. Building and Construction ' Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses or buildingsMathematics ' Mathematics ' Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and measurements and ability to draw, mark, and analyze diagrams legibly. Critical Thinking & Reasoning ' Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify problems and determine best solutions.Problem Sensitivity ' The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
