This is a full-time permanent position where you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of various plumbing systems for our large-scale engineering projects. You will be working closely with a team of highly skilled professionals, providing expertise on plumbing design and system optimization. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned plumbing engineer who is looking for a challenging role and wants to contribute to the success of our esteemed organization.Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and supervise the installation of complex plumbing systems, ensuring they comply with local and international building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to create project plans and blueprints.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems related to plumbing systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on plumbing design and system optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise junior plumbing engineers, providing them with guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates and feedback on plumbing system design and installation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Engineer or a similar role in the Engineering industry.
    • Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) or equivalent certification.
    • Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering design tools.
    • Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and design techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and supervisory skills.
    • Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and standards related to plumbing systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
