And we focus each day on trying to accomplish it.Responsibilities and -SkillsWe have an immediate opening for a full time structural engineer-in-training (E.I.T.) for our Atlanta, Georgia office. - Candidate will perform specific and/or limited portions of broader assignments for licensed engineers, -including the preparation of engineering drawings and calculations, construction administration tasks and construction observations. -The successful candidate must be able to earn the confidence of our clients through elegant, practical and timely engineering solutions. Additional qualities and skills of the ideal candidate include:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
• Have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
• Committed to earning professional engineering license
• Demonstrate continued and progressive technical development
• Willingness to ask questions and constructively discuss issues
• Continuous development of skills in communication, project management and client interaction
