or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not

offers an exciting opportunity to support student learning and
classroom activities as a paraprofessional in an educational
setting. The role involves assisting teachers in delivering
instruction, managing classroom behavior, and providing
individualized support to students to enhance their academic
success. Key Responsibilities: Support classroom teachers in
implementing lesson plans and educational activities Provide
one-on-one or small group assistance to students with diverse
learning needs Assist with classroom management and maintaining a
positive learning environment Help prepare instructional materials
and supervise students during activities Monitor student progress
and report observations to teaching staff Qualifications and
Experience: Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar
educational support role preferred Strong communication skills and
patience when working with students of varying abilities Ability to
follow instructions and collaborate effectively with teaching staff
Understanding of instructional strategies and classroom management
techniques Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive
learning environment Location and Employment Type: Position located
in Kingston, Pennsylvania Contract role within a school setting
