Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning
needs in a school setting. This role is based in Bridgeport, CT,
and includes occasional travel to provide consistent, specialized
instruction tailored to individual educational plans. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Adapt teaching
methods and materials to meet varied learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and
families to support student success. Monitor student progress and
adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with
state and federal special education regulations. Participate in
team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school
culture. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special
Education. Experience working with students who have a range of
disabilities. Strong understanding of IEP development and
implementation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability and willingness to travel between school locations as
needed. Patience, creativity, and dedication to student growth.
Location: Bridgeport, CT travel between schools may be required.
