life's best work.(sm) The Principal Sourcer will be responsible for
the execution of UnitedHealth Group's Human Capital talent sourcing
processes. This position will be responsible for developing
relationships and partnering closely with Recruiters, Human Capital
Partners and business leaders while cultivating and managing talent
pipelines. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from
anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct nationwide external sourcing and develop talent
pipelines for mid to senior leadership roles for: Human Capital
positions across the enterprise (including Optum, UnitedHealthcare
and Corporate UHG)
- Execute Talent Acquisition sourcing processes, including
requisition intakes, utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing venues in
headhunting for talent, leveraging Salesforce and other tools
regarding documentation of candidate communication and hiring
manager updates
- Leverage best practices for driving the ultimate candidate and
hiring manager experience
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience, including engaging
candidates in a manner that fosters transparency, respect and
timeliness
- Build relationships and influence critical stakeholders,
including executive leadership and human capital regarding sourcing
strategies, initiatives and activities
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive
strategies and partnership with others
- Apply a data-driven approach in sharing recruitment and
sourcing trends with leaders regarding candidate pipelines,
sourcing strategies and market intelligence
- Manage and maintain highly confidential information in
supporting Human Capital
- Flex as needed to support the broad needs of the recruiters and

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication or
equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of Corporate Talent Acquisition sourcing experience
for a broad range of positions from mid to senior leadership levels
(i.e., from Manager to VP levels)
- Demonstrated experience sourcing for as many as 20+
requisitions at any given time
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a
comprehensive sourcing strategy for an entire organization or
division/function of a company
- Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing techniques
including lead generation, internet, cold calling, college alumni,
professional boards/associations, social media, LinkedIn, referrals
and other interactive strategies
- Proven experience consulting with Recruiters and Executive
Leaders on talent and the supply/demand
- Experience developing and managing diverse talent pipelines in
a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing, communicating, and presenting out
to key stakeholders and C-suite executives regarding recruiting
processes, market trends, and supply/demand
- Experience creating talent acquisition processes that drive
innovation, efficiency and productivity in recruitment
activities
- Experience leveraging sourcing/recruiting data to help meet the
organization's objectives in hiring top talent
- Demonstrated understanding of executive compensation
programs
- Demonstrated strength in attention to details and solid
organizational skills to include accurate and timely candidate
documentation
- Demonstrated experience managing confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Taleo
- Experience with Salesforce
- Search firm or agency candidate sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting and/or sourcing for a federal
contractor
- Proficiency in MS OneNote
- Experience sourcing candidates for nationwide, mid-executive
level Human Capital (i.e. Human Resources) positions -

adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. - Colorado,
Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for
Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary/hourly range
for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
