industrial plants. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to oversee various commercial and industrial
construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in ground-up projects,
tenant improvements, and leading multiple multi-million dollar
projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required
quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage
construction projects from conception through to completion,
ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with
architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and
schedules. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address
issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and
present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on
progress, risks, and opportunities. Manage project budgets,
ensuring accurate forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients,
subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project
delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction
Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5
years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction
industry. Proven experience managing commercial and industrial
construction projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement.
Strong knowledge of healthcare, educational, retail, hotel,
offices, industrial plants, and/or warehouse construction.
Proficiency with project management software and tools including
Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera Experience with BIM
preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational
skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
