About The Role:
As a Senior Marketing Specialist for CBRE Design Collective
(Americas), you will be focused on supporting business development
efforts for our award-winning, global design practice comprised of
Architecture, Interior Design and Engineering experts. The role
requires project management and development of proposals,
presentations, and other pursuit materials-from strategy through
execution.
This position requires the ability to translate visual and written
content into successful business development deliverables, using
Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal
candidate should have a good design sensibility coupled with
advanced formatting/layout ability, along with problem-solving
skills. Candidates should be able to work with great accuracy in a
fast-paced, client service-oriented environment while maintaining
grace under pressure while balancing and prioritizing multiple
deadlines. We're looking for a multi-talented, motivated individual
who likes to work hard, contribute ideas, and collaborate across
the team to get the job done.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the position is $75,000 annually
and the maximum salary for the position is $85,000 annually. The
compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their
skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will
also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's
applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following
benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life
insurance, and Vision insurance.
