Job Description:
Tricentis is looking for an Integrated Marketing Program Manager
responsible for the Mid-Market campaigns; this includes
orchestrating strategic input and execution across marketing's
functional areas (e. g., sales, field, product marketing, and paid
media). The individual will grow a deep understanding of Tricentis'
Mid-Market campaigns and priorities, Mid-Market customer needs and
personas, competitive dynamics of the Mid-Market marketplace, and
the levers to utilize to create demand and improve financial
results for Tricentis.
The ideal candidate will have campaign planning and execution
experience with hands-on demand generation experience, be a
creative thinker who is results-driven, enjoys complex problem
solving, thrives on owning the process from beginning to end, and
loves working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Direct ownership of lead and marketing sourced pipeline targets
for the Mid-Market segment - ensure the right level of lead flow
for each geo/product line as well as optimal lead management and
conversion rates of those leads.
- Understand the Mid-Market customer's pain points, optimal
product solution mix, and go-to-market strategy to develop and
implement a media plan aligned to customer and business needs
- Grow net new pipeline and revenue through a mix of lead
generation tactics including, paid media, events, email and direct
mail that target the right audience with the right message at the
right time.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to acquire new
customers and expand within existing customer accounts
- Determine appropriate communication vehicles and mix strategies
to support integrated campaign objectives and performance
targets.
- Serve as the integration point between field, paid media,
corporate comms and product marketing across regions.
- Input marketing mix recommendations into planning process based
on best practices & campaign analytics.
- Customize content and programs, planned or existing, to fit the
needs of the Mid-Market target audience.
- Provide direction to all internal marketing teams as well as
external agencies.
- Coordinate with other campaign managers, marketing and business
leaders to schedule and orchestrate campaign for maximum
impact.
- Utilize primary research, 3rd party customer data and direct
customer interaction information to influence marketing
strategy
- Track lead flow to ensure that channels are delivering in line
with forecasts and that leads are going to the appropriate AE for
follow-up in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building and executing integrated campaigns
across multiple marketing tactics and platforms for fast-growth
companies
- Understanding integrated marketing and the entire marketing
mix
- A strategic, consultative player who can plan (think) and
execute (do)
- Experience partnering with sales to execute marketing
programs
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the
ability to manage a campaign end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience building inbound lead generation and
co-marketing programs
- Ability to provide concrete examples of successful campaigns
you've driven to support growth and/or retention targets
- Excellent communication skills, PowerPoint and Excel
skills
- Experience working and building strong relationships with
cross-functional or cross-geo teams in a high-growth company.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing
metrics.
- Experience working with Salesforce, marketing automation
platform (Marketo a plus), and website CMS (WordPress a plus)
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be high energy, passionate and have a positive "can do"
attitude
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
required
