  • Culture first organizationJob DetailsResponsibilities:
    • Assist with formatting and design requests, and copy creation for collaterals, i.e.; PowerPoint decks, one sheets, ads, brochures, case studies; include materials for specific phases of sales cycle
    • Communicate important marketing updates to local field teams around branding, collateral, and marketing-led events
    • Support the planning and execution of events (in person, local events and webinars); provide project management for industry conferences and events; manage executive participation as appropriate; manage sponsorships and advertising
    • Support the fulfillment of request for proposals including project management, content, and formatting
    • Review emails, blog/event posts, requests for proposals and other content pieces for spelling, grammar and accuracy and ensure all content maintains the brand voice;
    • Build email campaigns to support our content, drip marketing approach;
    • Curate and create content (e.g. emails, ad copy, video and other content pieces) that educate our clients and our prospects on the advantage of being a part of the company;
    • Author engagement analytics reports to share with and/or present to management on performance of website content, email campaigns, lead score changes, engagement source traffic, form submissions, etc.;
    • Assist with building and managing segmented social media profiles and presence and supporting individual brand assets, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially additional channels;
    • Manage client databases for internal and external marketing;
    • Own the organization of enablement materials and maintain Marketing files;
    • Oversee the entry process of local awards and industry lists that recognize company and people across all markets in the Southeast (internal communications, PR management, website announcements, etc)
    • Manages website pages
    • Manage external vendor relationships to purchase marketing swag, event props (i.e. signage, give aways, etc.), or export project requests.
    • Assist and participate in internal culture initiatives and internal events.Skills and Requirements:
      • Demonstrated experience working with the following design platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, Prezi, Publisher, and PowerPoint as well as one or more organizational platforms such as: Planner, Trello, Wrike, OneNote, Slack, Evernote and Microsoft Office;
      • Comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office Suite especially, and using online software to manage your work;
      • Must have excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate the activities of the marketing staff, in-house technical staff and other outside vendors to accomplish multiple, concurrent deadlines;
      • Must have excellent grammar, writing, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to thrive handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment;
      • Strong problem solving skills, organizational skills and acute attention to detail
      • Must be self-motivated and disciplined, and willing to learn;
