Hybrid position working in Atlanta office and work from home. Miller Zell is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee Account Based (ABM) marketing promotional activities to drive new client acquisition and improve client retention. The ideal candidate for this position an appetite for growth and a desire to help our clients find exactly the right product or service to suit their needs.MUST have 8 plus years of B2B Content Marketing experience including strategy and execution. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading account based marketing (ABM) and promotional activities, monitoring performance and adjusting marketing strategies to achieve Miller Zell's corporate growth objectives. In this role, you'll collaborate with our in-house art director and copywriter to create outbound marketing campaigns and our digital marketing manager to execute and measure their effectiveness. Bring your skills and knowledge to these initiatives:--- Work with sales colleagues and marketing team to develop the strategy and build marketing plans for identified accounts--- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans designed to nurture leads and increase engagement across multiple marketing channels including email campaigns, advertising, social media and events--- Strategize with marketing leadership and third-party suppliers to identify and drive inbound marketing opportunities utilizing SEO, content marketing and website marketing--- Monitor and track all activities to identify opportunities to improve performance and effectiveness--- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics to show marketing contribution to business goals--- Participate in editorial planning for corporate properties--- Manage participation at tradeshows and conferences including o Collaborating on speaker presentations o Ensuring deadlines and sponsorship benefits are met with event organizers o Overseeing event participation details such as team scheduling, giveaways, material shipments, etc. --- Manage corporate sponsorship including meeting sponsorship obligations and tracking ROI for involvement POSITIONREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:--- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience Special Skills/Qualifications--- 10+ years of hands-on integrated marketing experience with proven, data-driven inbound, and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting across channels--- Experience with business-to-business solutions with long sales cycles--- Hands-on experience with online content marketing and social media development strategies--- Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations collateral--- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)--- Excellent communication and decision-making skills--- Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects--- Strong attention to detail Desired Personal Qualities--- Excellent team player who is dependable, confident, committed, flexible, innovative, and detail-oriented--- Energic and social individual willing to work in a fast-paced environment--- Comfortable with ambiguity; highly adaptable to new circumstances--- Competitive and motivated--- Self-starter who takes initiative to achieve goals--- Good professional judgment
