Division (BID** ) team serves 480,000 customers with 70,000
products in 180 countries.? The majority of the business comes from
academic and government funded customers, with the rest of the
business coming from the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare
industries as well as from the industrial market. With more than
4,000 patents, over 770,000 scientific citations and 70,000
products, BID is grounded in science.Location: US remote**How will
you make an impact?**As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be
in a high-impact role, managing and mentoring two specialists and
responsible for all digital demand gen channels within the Protein
and Cell Analysis Business Unit. You will collaborate with other
Marketing team members on the development of strategies that
deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong business
results.**What will you do?**+ Create and implement overarching
digital strategy to optimize digital customer experience that
includes marketing automation, social, search engine marketing
(SEM), display and other channels that influence differentiated
performance, drive lead generation and engagement/revenue+ Partner
with divisional digital teams to ensure timely execution and
reporting of initiatives for the overall digital program+ Apply
marketing campaign best practices and identify opportunities to
improve the customer experience across multiple channels and
tactics+ Use performance dashboards to measure results of digital
tactics; report on these metrics regularly, and optimize assets to
increase customer engagement and conversion+ Build and improve
audience segmentation for digital channels+ Manage program spending
on digital marketing activities to meet budget requirements+
Partner with internal collaborators and corporate teams to fully
use the company's marketing platforms and toolsets+ Develop A/B
testing methods to drive data-based refinement to marketing
communications+ Work with internal partners to map customer
journeys and influence user experience+ Guide and motivate a
matrixed team of dedicated and shared cross-functional SMEs to
accomplish objectives+ Develop the expertise of the team and guide
their creation of appropriate materials to support the strategy and
growth by sharing base knowledge**How will you get
here?**Education+ Bachelor's degree in business communications,
marketing, digital marketing, or related degree requiredExperience+
6+ years in digital marketing programs in a corporate environment+
6+ years minimum preferred hands-on experience displaying
proficiency in digital marketing including online advertising,
programmatic display, social media, SEO and SEM programs, web
merchandising and email marketing+ 1+ years of supervisory
experience**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**+ Extensive knowledge of
customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication
strategies+ Strong analytical skills - Knowledge and use of
Microsoft Power BI and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics+
Experience with Customer Funnel Mapping and UX standard
methodologies+ Understanding of marketing automation systems and
lead scoring models to support lead generation programs+ High
attention to detail and an eye for engaging marketing design,
branding and copywriting+ Ability to build effective working
relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization+
Ability to engage, coach, and enable outstanding performance within
your team+ Working knowledge of digital channels (SEM/SEO,
programmatic display, email, social) and how to use them to drive
