Role: Marketing Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GADuration: Full-time / permanentYour new companyEstablished REIT specializing in Class A commercial office space. Your new roleThe Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing with the development of graphics and collateral, social media content creation, tenant engagement and various property marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with asset management, property management, and other functional departments across the organization. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multi-tasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and able to communicate clearly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Assist in reviewing all creative assets including digital (social, web & media), print (leasing materials, property signage, & construction signage) and property photography to ensure all are within approved guidelines
  • Assist in the day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects at both the corporate and property levels
  • Assist in the development of social media content for LinkedIn Company page and manage ongoing analytics to track areas of engagement and improvement
  • Assist in creating and designing marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, property signage and construction banners
  • Support ongoing maintenance of library for corporate photography and property marketing materials
  • Assist in reviewing corporate website to ensure accuracy of information and photography
  • Support the coordination and organization of company events, industry conferences, and broker events What you'll need to succeed
    • Four year degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or similar
    • 1-2 years of marketing and/or graphic design experience required
    • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Social Media and LinkedIn
    • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite i.e. InDesign, Illustrator
    • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Commercial real estate experience preferred
    • Ability to design within brand standards Real Estate experience preferred
