Lamark is seeking a marketing strategist to join our fast-growing agency. In the role of Marketing Strategist, this individual will play a first-hand role in shaping the future brands across the consumer and B2B spectrum. They will demonstrate both expertise and love of strategy and analysis with the following capabilities:

Professional Competencies And Requirements

• Digital and general marketing strategy
• Positioning and audience targeting
• Positioning and message development
• Personas and journey mapping
• Digital, category and competitor research
• Conversion and ad optimization
• Ability to craft digital and marketing strategies with holistic considerations across channels
• Make strategic and/or budget adjustments based on campaign performance
• 5+ years professional experience is preferred
  
  Though falling under the direct mentorship of VP, Strategy, this role also requires significant autonomy to balance the key functions that will create successful outcomes for clients and the agency. Examples of such functions include, but are not limited to:
  
  • Preparing strategic presentation deliverables
  • Presenting recommendations, findings and insights to client stakeholders
  • Executing on recommendations as required while services are under-supported by core resources available
  • Capability product research and development
  • Communicating advancements with internal peers in Client Experience
  • Planning to more broadly operationalize and delegate emerging capabilities with the Performance Marketing team
  • Developing promotional strategy for emerging capabilities with Business Development
  • Identification of additional growth opportunities for the pipeline
