discipleship; mobilizes Christians in prayer through the AWAKE
America prayer campaign and city-wide rallies; and hosts

discover the light of Christ. Job Description The Director, Office
of the President serves as a close, trusted extension of the
President of Leading The Way , stewarding the daily rhythm,
priorities, and readiness of the President’s office. This role
provides high-touch executive support, coordination, and
discernment to ensure the President is well-prepared,
well-informed, and well-supported in all ministry, leadership, and
external commitments. While this role does not carry formal
supervisory authority, it operates with a high degree of trust,
confidentiality, and influence. The Director, Office of the
President must exercise exceptional judgment, anticipate needs,
manage complexity calmly, and represent the President’s priorities
with clarity and discretion. This role helps ensure the Office of
the President functions smoothly, proactively, and in alignment
with the mission and values of the ministry. Responsibilities
include but are not limited to: Executive Partnership & Daily
Stewardship Serve as a trusted, close partner to the President,
supporting daily priorities, decision flow, and execution Lead
management of the President’s calendar, global travel, meetings,
and logistics with sound judgment and discretion Orchestrate the
daily rhythm of the Office of the President to ensure readiness,
continuity, and follow-through Prepare and deliver concise daily
briefings, highlighting priorities, schedule considerations, and
upcoming commitments Protect the President’s time by filtering
requests, prioritizing engagements, and recommending alternatives
when appropriate Anticipate challenges, assess risks, and
proactively surface solutions or alternative paths forward
Executive Support & Communications Act as the first point of
contact for written correspondence, phone calls, and visitors to
the executive office Draft, prepare, and manage the President’s
correspondence, including letters related to thank-yous, and
general ministry communication Coordinate or perform transcription
of sermons and talks; update and maintain sermon, illustration, and
archival files Greet and host executive office guests with
professionalism, warmth, and discretion Provide logistical and
administrative support for Board and executive-level meetings,
including: drafting agendas, preparing and collating materials and
reports, recording and distributing minutes, and tracking and
following up on action items Plan, coordinate, and oversee complex
domestic and international travel; regularly accompany the
President on trips as needed to ensure seamless execution of
logistics, scheduling, communications, and on-site support
Coordination & Collaboration Coordinate with staff, ministry
leaders, vendors, partners, and the LTW development team to
schedule meetings and ensure logistical readiness Work
collaboratively with other executive office personnel to ensure
alignment, coverage, and continuity of responsibilities Assist in
planning and executing ministry events hosted by the Office of the
President Travel to speaking engagements and other ministry events,
both domestic and international Financial & Administrative Support
Gather receipts and prepare expense reports Organize and maintain
both digital and physical filing systems for executive
correspondence, records, and key documents Plan and execute complex
domestic and international travel, including accompanying the
President as needed and coordinating flights, accommodations,
transportation, and on-site logistics Additional Responsibilities
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost
discretion Represent the President’s priorities, voice, and values
appropriately in daily interactions Assist with additional
administrative or operational duties as assigned in support of the
President and the ministry Qualifications We are seeking a
self-driven individual with a discerning spirit, a servant’s heart,
and exceptional attention to detail. Trustworthiness, integrity,
emotional maturity, and confidentiality are essential to success in
this role. In addition to these attributes, the following
qualifications are required: A mature Christian faith and an
evident passion for the ministry of Leading The Way Significant
experience providing executive-level administrative or operational
support to a senior leader (President, CEO, Founder, Senior Pastor,
or equivalent) Excellent organizational skills and attentive to
detail Must have the ability to handle and maintain confidential
information High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills,
with an ability to read the room and engage professionally with
people at all experience levels and nationalities Strong research
skills and social media experience Embody an executive-level
presence in all professional environments Possess the personal
qualities of honesty and integrity; self-starter; highly motivated
Understanding of cultural flashpoints and undercurrents Great
flexibility to deal with unexpected issues or events Experience
booking domestic and international travel Effective verbal and
written communications skills, possessing a strong grasp of the
English language and grammar Advanced computer skills, including
proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint Must live in the Metropolitan Atlanta area within a
reasonable commuting distance of LTW headquarters Ability to travel
30% including international travel for multiple weeks at a time
