orecast goals and objectives for the assigned Region or Centers and
strive to meet them Recruit, recognize and retain talented
teammates. Monitor the performance of all Center staff and provide
leadership and coaching as well as ensure that all employees have
the required training for their position Demonstrate a great
ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success
Supervise the sales, overall production, and administration of the
centers Periodically, review estimates to ensure accuracy and
compliance with Company and Client guidelines Monitor current
financial performance metrics and review previous month’s financial
metrics to identify opportunities and trends Ensure DRP accounts
are managed properly and update any changes or reviews Monitor the
performance of each teammate and provide coaching through timely
and specific feedback Establish and maintain good working
relationships with other departments, insurance adjusters and
customers to encourage repeat and referral business Ensure the
center is qualified to meet the requirements of our OE/ Insurer and
I-CAR partners Responsible for the center’s regulatory compliance,
including hazmat regulations and documentation Perform other duties
as required to successfully meet the needs of the business
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Experience in auto
repair industry or managing a team Advance understanding and
knowledge of the repair process/procedures Must have a valid
driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company
insurance policy Effective communication (written and verbal) and
interpersonal skills are required. Organization and multi-tasking
skills, good time management, and the ability to adapt easily to
fast-paced environment Behaviors/Competencies Integrity -Respect,

Service -Provide the highest level of customer service while
building customer satisfaction and retention Innovation -Develops
and displays innovative approaches and ideas to our business

performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The
employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk
occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may
occasionally be required to reach with hands, and arms and move
objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to
adjust focus. In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy,
neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned are required. The
