DescriptionEssential Position Responsibilities --- Daily and
effective management of email and phone communication to ensure
timely responses to internal and external customer needs and
proactive notification to management of potential issues. ---
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account
information. --- Prepares source data for computer entry by
compiling and sorting information. --- Establishes entry
priorities. --- Processes customer and account source documents by
reviewing data for deficiencies. --- Resolves deficiencies by using
standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to a
Southwire team member for resolution. --- Enters customer and
account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information. ---
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing,
correcting, deleting, or reentering data. --- Maintains operations
by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
--- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by
keeping information confidential. Qualifications and Requirements
--- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates' degree
or higher is preferred. --- Must have 2+ years of experience in a
customer service/administrative role. --- Excellent organizational
and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly and
effectively to shifting priorities. --- Work independently and be
able to display good judgment and problem-solving skills. ---
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. ---
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency. (Successful candidate will be
required to learn Microsoft Publisher, Lawson, SAP, and
