Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated "Office Administrator" with both Human Resources and Accounting Experience; along with a willingness to take on a complex issue and resolve them in a timely manner. If you are detail-oriented candidate with HR/Accounting experience, this is the job for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support with all onboarding and termination processes (preparing offer letters, etc.)
  • Prepare documents
  • Manage employee records
  • Process and prepare reports related to personnel data.
  • Coordinate projects
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
  • Manage vendors
  • Manage office supplies
  • Manage and create all social media marketing strategies
  • Support all partners of the firm with daily tasks. Requirements:

    • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Strong Organizational Skills
    • Strong attention to detail is required
    • Commitment and Professionalism
    • Ability to expeditiously produce high-quality accurate work.
    • Must have strong problem-solving skills
    • Must be proactive and eager to assist when needed.
    • Must be able to multi- task
    • Must be able to operate in a leadership capacity as well as be a team player.Title: Office Administrator
