Job Title: BDC Motor Assembler (B) Work Schedule: Onsite - Murphy, NC To be considered for BDC Motor Assembler (B) to, here's what you'll need to bring with you: /n - HS diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. /n - Mechanical aptitude. /n - Good eyesight with ability to identify and distinguish color and good dexterity. /n - Capable of light lifting of 20 lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally. /n - Must be able to work overtime when needed, including Saturdays. /n - Ability to work with and around magnets that have a strong electromagnetic field. /n /n As a BDC Motor Assembler (B), you will: /n - Perform limited number of sub-assembly operations on brushless DC motors. /n - Stator assembly (wind, form, impregnate, twist and hide). /n - Partial Rotor assembly. /n - Housing assembly including installing stators and Printed-Circuit board assemblies. /n - Lamination assembly, including install and bite standoffs, cleans stacks. /n - Partial Printed-Circuit board assembly, including installing terminals, grommets, cable ties and connector housings. /n /n /n - Maintain production records. /n - Report irregularities to supervisor. /n /n How We Care for You: /n - Financial Rewards: great compensation package, annual profit sharing, matching 401k and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts /n - Work/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance /n - Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan ("EAP") and other supplemental benefit coverages, onsite wellness center /n - Professional Skills Development: Tuition Assistance, mentorship and coaching opportunities, leadership development and other personal growth programs /n - Diverse and Inclusive Workplace: Employee Resource Groups, cultural events and celebrations /n /n Salary Range Transparency: Murphy, NC $16.00-$21.00 Hourly Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
