providing hands-on support for KARL STORZ advanced medical
devices—ranging from hand instruments to state-of-the-art video
equipment—within your assigned hospital. /n /n As an OES, you will
collaborate closely with the Sterile Processing Departments and
Operating Room teams, playing a critical role in ensuring the

Responsibilities: /n /n - Face-to-face customer support, including
OR, SPD and Biomed /n /n /n - Video tower/system set-up and support
/n /n /n - Inspection, repair, troubleshooting and replacement of
KARL STORZ devices /n /n /n - Monitoring, reporting, and
facilitating repair/ exchange transactions /n /n /n - Transporting,
cleaning/sterilization and packaging of instruments after use /n /n
/n - Trouble shoot video and instrument issues in the O.R. /n /n /n
- Instrument/equipment repair management /n /n /n Requirements: /n
/n - A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent /n - CRCST
certification /n /n /n - Experience in Sterile Processing, Sales,
or other Surgical Technology/Medical role /n /n /n - Our successful
candidate will have excellent written and spoken English language
business communication skills. They will also have demonstrated
success working in a collaborative, service-oriented team
environment. /n /n /n - Effective communicator, collaborative, and
effective time management /n /n /n - Possess exceptional
organizational skills and the ability to multi-task /n - MS Office
- proficient user as the role will need to work with Excel
spreadsheets and reporting /n - Role requires the completion of a
drug screening for safety-sensitive positions /n - Must be able to
lift/push/pull up to 25lbs /n /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n
