Join us and be part of a team dedicated to making a tangible impact on global health! /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n - Face-to-face customer support, including OR, SPD and Biomed /n /n /n - Video tower/system set-up and support /n /n /n - Inspection, repair, troubleshooting and replacement of KARL STORZ devices /n /n /n - Monitoring, reporting, and facilitating repair/ exchange transactions /n /n /n - Transporting, cleaning/sterilization and packaging of instruments after use /n /n /n - Trouble shoot video and instrument issues in the O.R. /n /n /n - Instrument/equipment repair management /n /n /n Requirements: /n /n - A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent /n - CRCST certification /n /n /n - Experience in Sterile Processing, Sales, or other Surgical Technology/Medical role /n /n /n - Our successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English language business communication skills.
