Our client is a leading North American manufacturer and international marketer of two integrated chemical product lines. These chemical products can be found in high-performance plastics, pulp and paper production, packaging, chemical intermediates, pharmaceuticals, medical and agricultural applications and paints, acrylics and varnishes. Under two distinctive brands, the company manufactures a complete line of custom and other vinyl-based building and home improvement products, including window profiles, siding, pipe and fittings, moldings, and trim and decking. Tremendous growth has created a need for the following professional:
Sr. Internal Auditor Atlanta, Georgia
Reporting to the VP, Internal Audit, you will assume responsibility for understanding, documenting, assessing and addressing the business processes of the various company constituents—both at the corporate and business-unit level. You will review and make recommendations for existing internal control systems and participate in the implementation of new or changed process improvement programs, as well as compliance testing of existing internal control systems. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Accounting, and possess 3 to 5 years of internal auditing experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment (consumer products or pharmaceutical, etc. is preferred). Public big 4 experience or tier-2 national firm exposure is highly preferred. CPA, CIA or CISA designation would be highly advantageous. Finally, you must have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
