We are looking for a Senior Property Accountant to join our team. - You will be responsible for performing monthly accounting procedures related to the month end close process, reporting and reconciliations and will report to the roperty Accounting Manager. - This is a remote position.
What You Will Do:

• 
  
• Prepare general ledger entries and reconciliations as required for a timely month-end close.
  
• Prepare and present balance sheet and income statement results and associated analysis.
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including resolution of outstanding items.
  
• Assist in coordination of the internal and external audit process.
  
• Assist in the documentation and monitoring of internal controls. -
  
  
  Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.Qualifications
  Do You Have:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
    
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
    
  • Ability to take initiative, be inquisitive and have a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. -
    
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. -
    
  • Solid problem solving skills and attention to detail. -
    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Commitments to excellence and high standards.
    
  • Ability to be flexible and enthusiastic.

      Minimum Requirements
      College degree in Accounting and/or Finance and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
