We're hiring a detail-oriented accountant to join our expanding
real estate team! You'll reconcile accounts, keep track of accounts
payable and receivable, and organize all our financial records.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating order out of

accounts payable and receivable regularly to ensure every invoice
and expense report to evaluate accuracyComplete other accounting
tasks as needed to assist the real estate teamFacilitate all
incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing,
obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as
necessaryReconcile all business accounts to ensure our records
match up and no transaction gets lostEnsure all records are ready
for monthly and quarterly reportingQualifications:Some accounting
experience is a plusBackground in real estate preferredCapable of
using property management software, such as YardiFamiliar with
GAAPHigh school diploma required, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
