Job DescriptionAs a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.ResponsibilitiesLead team responsible for delivering business process outcomes including the people, data processes and financial investments, Lead annual operational planning and budgeting processes, Establish structured metrics reports, dashboards, or related analytical tools to provide leadership relevant and timely insights to effectively execute on business prioritiesLead cross-functional process and program improvement efforts to accommodate rapid and increasing growth and volume, Lead special projects and programs that advance business process and organizational competencies and capabilities.People Management Responsibilities:Manage routine associate situations, Direct the work efforts and results of a team of associatesDevelop team goals and manage them for results, Develop associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planningPromote diversity and create a respectful work environment.Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience including:
  • At least 3 years of system engineering and/or system architecture work experience
  • At least 7 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizenPreferred Qualifications: Experience with FedRamp Experience with NIST 800-53 Experience with Risk Management Framework Experience with AWS and Cloud Services Effectively demonstrate knowledge of how to architect and use automation to deploy secure and robust applications on AWS technologies Define solutions using architectural design principles with hands-on experience using AWS Services Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and management services Ability to identify and define technical requirements for on premise solutionsRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)New York City Pay Range: from $93,500 to $204,200 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business.Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:
