this role, you will play a key role in supporting the operational
goals and strategy as it relates to creating and reporting our
performance at a business and account level. The data connections,
management, and visualization structure are critical to the
execution and scaling of pan Medtronic programs across 130+ of our
largest customers. In conjunction with working with the operations
and directors of enterprise accounts (DEA), you will need to
collaborate across the Medtronic Enterprise to collect, manage and
visualize current and planned performance across enterprise
accounts and with our customers. Insights for account selection,
customer engagement, CRM integration and KAM program development
will be heavily influenced by analytics driven data via customer
partnerships, new channel strategies, and long-term business

joining our team!**A Day in the Life**Clearly communicate data
analytics information to Sales teams using various systems and
visualization toolsSupport Key account management (KAM) strategies
for the successful scale and expansion of Enterprise AccountsRoll
up business performance across all current enterprise accounts
including, but not limited to: total revenue, incremental revenue,
margin, market opportunity, current programs per account,
etc.Create and manage performance dashboards for customer facing
and internal business reviewsSupport the EA DEAs in communicating
the vision and strategy, through data, to enable revenue and market
growth within identified accountsProvide trending and analysis to
support new channel development and market opportunitiesOversee and
manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as
liaison between project management and planning, project team, and
line managementUtilize internal and external data sources to
proactively identify trends in the market and with customer, and
how that can/will impact MedtronicProvide data analytics, and data
visualization in support of customer programs to meet productivity,
quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesDevelop
mechanisms for scaling data tools, reports, and dashboardsOversee
and manage the governance and operation aspects of ongoing projects
at an account level and serves as liaison between the DEA, Regional
and National Sr Managers, and customer stakeholders as
neededDevelop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise
productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive
advantageConduct statistical analysis on data and information to
ensure correct predictive forecasting or classificationManage all
aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report
building functions of systemsMaintain analytical systems, verifies
the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the
business**Must Haves**Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of CRM,
commercial operations, sales operations and/or sales analytics
experience OR advanced degree and 2+ years of experience**Nice to
Have**Proficiency with data visualization tools such as, Power BI,
Tableau, etc.MBA, Masters degreeStrong strategic and analytical
skillsEffective communicatorDemonstrated ability to lead,
collaborate and influence in a matrixed environmentProficient in
finance and/or healthcare finance acumenCertification in project
management, change management, and/or lean sigmaProficiency with
CRM system such as SFDCProven ability to build and facilitate
strong, productive working relationships with a wide variety of
customer contacts, including C-suite level
